RETURN RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell, we believe that is the best customer can get at the price. Lysa Store continues to work towards protecting our customers’ interests & strive hard to satisfy your needs with our friendly customer services.
Our replacement policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace the product. To ensure this, we have designed hassle-free and streamlined process to replace products, whenever applicable.
Procedure:
· Our policy last 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, Unfortunately we can't offer you a replacement.
· For a replacement, customer needs to raise query through customer care mail ID info@lysaservices.com, we do not accept replacement request through call or whatsapp. once our customer care executive approves the query, they will assist you with warehouse address and replacement procedure.
· If a customer wants to replace the product, in any case, they need to send the product by their own courier service to our warehouse and only after approval from our customer care executive. Lysa Store will not bear the courier charges.
· As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse, we will proceed for replacement and will send you the new product. It may take up to 5 to 7 working days.
· We add new products daily so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our ever-increasing collection.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IS ACCEPTED UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Delivered Damage and Defective Product
Wrong product delivered
Wrong color, size
Part of product missing
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
· Product is Washed/ Damaged/ Worn by customer
· Part of delivered full product is missing
· Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
· If, according to your opinion you don't like the product, this reason is not acceptable
· Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
· In case of damaged from your side, this product is non-replaceable
· Bank refund is not available in any condition. product can be replaced only when we receive the product back at our warehouse.
· We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
· We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
· For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
· We will not process a refund/replacement in case you do not like the product due to any reason. Our customers are hereby notified that we do not accept any cancellations.
· No return shall be accepted for the items sold in clearance sale or during any promotional offers.
· Replacements are valid only when the products returned are intact with original brand tags, packaging & are unused without any damage.
· We do not accept direct returns to our warehouse without prior intimation. Customer needs to get in touch with our Customer Service Team before sending the product to our warehouse.
· If customers return the product without any prior information to our customer support then the parcel will not be accepted back.
· A person who ordered from our website lysaservices.com, is agreed to our all the terms & conditions mentioned as above. One who does not agree with them, should not proceed to order anything from our website lysaservices.com
· All the legal cases will be the treated in only Surat jurisdiction court.
Embellishment Related Issues:
Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Lysaservices.com does not accept cancellation requests for items that are under Imported Category.
